Hey people welcome back to 70 pounds of life good morning "its by" morning time right now for me today's video we're going to be doing a what I eat in a date video and I usually fail miserably at these because I stopped filming after like lunch so we're gonna try really hard to movie all the style through today and to be honest with you guys I'm not that much of a breakfast eater it is breakfast time right now I will make myself to gobble a big breakfast if I know I have an activity or like schedules during lunch duration and I'm gonna be out and about so I'll eat a big breakfast then and then have like a smaller like salad or something for lunch but we're gonna do things the space I like to do them today so I'm gonna have a small breakfast I'm just going to have this orange and a large glass of ocean I really made my vitamins I make women I take once a day women's for my vitamins and then I likewise make I think it's b12 I take some b12 as well breakfast done now it's time to can you tell what it's time to do some of these stows to me it's time to cinema today's weekly weigh-in video and it's Tuesday so that's what we're doing we're gonna be doing some weekly weigh-in video movie egde okay let's get started oh my gosh I always do this whenever I'm like editing or filming or working on something I will simply keep going and disappearing and I will forget to eat it's already so late okay you are you being good you two are good all right I and I have to like make it it's not ready like I haven't cooked the turkey yet I always do this to myself okay so we're gonna do something like super fast and speedy okay I'm gonna figure this out okay so I'm getting some editing done right now I think that I'm about to go and have my p.m. Snack I had two segments of bread at lunch so I remember I'm going to save on my carbs for this snack and probably just have some tuna on like a piece of romaine lettuce like a wrapping a tuna wrap that's what I'm gonna do okay facilitate me finish this it is dinner meter and I'm over at Nellie's house with Albert and hunt I don't know if you guys remember chase or not he was in my how I devoted my first youtube check video regardless so I'm over at their accommodation and I'm going to make myself some dinner I wanted to come and hang out the friends but I too wanted to stay on track with my eating and what I'm eating in a epoch cuz like I said we're gonna get through this video of 100% and we are going to make it happen unlike the past ten periods I've tried to shoot one of these regardless I'm gonna go ahead and get started on representing dinner I have some cabbage that I'm going to cook up and I have some zucchini and then I also have just some field turkey that is flavored with Fiesta lime mrs. - and I'm gonna cook it all up so let's get started there you have it guys that is what I eat in a era and we managed to complete the video yes alright so on Tuesday is my weekly weigh in video and that is what I'm going to be announcing the new society mention I think we all know what it is already but I'll be opening the video by calling you guys by that appoint which I'm super elicited about and that's all for this video remember chaps you support the power in your hands to make any changes in their own lives that you want to make and I hope you're all doing well on your fitness and weight loss journeys and I will talk to you guys on Tuesday I suspect
