I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing course task ***"SLC25-W1 // "Caesar Salad"*** . Salads are beauty of dinning tables, full of nutrients , their taste and crunch give fresh and light feelings . I'm excited for the course and hopefully we learn new amazing knowledge about Salad. Before going to start today's task I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @sualeha and @uzma4882 for the contest. Let's move towards the task ### 1 - Make a "Caesar Salad"; you can use the recipe presented in this course or any recipe of your choice (detailing the utensils, ingredients, and preparation steps). Put the lettuce over strainer to remove excess.

* Make caeser salad by adding all ingredients with mayonnaise and mixed it well. Tell us about the flavor of your salad? Did it meet your expectations? Today I made the caeser salad by following the recipe given in course but only one ingredient that is black pepper is adding as we need spices. I tried this salad first time and my family loved it. As I used the same quantity as given in course it was not enough for my family, means they liked it and finished it and demanded for more. Next time I'll make more for them. I wasn't expecting much because I haven't tried it before but its creamy texture, cheesey flavour with crunch of lettuce and croutons make it very delicious and unique. My family loved it so I get happiness more than my expectations. ### 3 - Highlight the benefits of lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese for our body and indicate the price in Steem for each of them. ### Lettuce: Lettuce provides many health benefits. It provides hydration to the body as it contain alot of water content. It provides vitamins like A,K,Folate and Vitamin C. Its has antioxidants and low caloric is good for overall wellbeing. Lettuce provides health to heart ,regulate blood pressure, improves digestive health. Antioxidants helps to repair damage cells of body. Lettuce is quite cheap at my area today's I used lettuce of price ***30 pkr or 0.8 Steem*** ### Croutons: Croutons are not a good source to provide nutrients. If croutons are made from ehole grains it provides fiber, vitamin B traces of minerals . It mainly provides carbohydrates. It's give texture to soups and salad and give unique taste. Today i made croutons from whole wheat bread of price ***40 pkr or 1.14*** ### Parmesan Cheese : Parmesan cheese is good source of nutrients. Its a provides a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamins, which supports bone health, muscle function, and healthy skin and vision. It contains beneficial probiotics and low amount of lactose, making it a gut-friendly. Parmesan cheese is quite expensive in Pakistan its small pack is ***1600pkr or 45.7 Steem*** ### 4 - Do you have any special tips for making this salad? Share them. * Take fresh lettuce, it should be crunchy. * Make croutons with whole wheat bread. Melt butter in a pan and toast bread cubes nicely. * Dry lettuce after washing and before adding it in salad. Otherwise it loose the crunch of croutons of salad. * To make this salad low caloric you can substitute mayonnaise with yougart. * You can add other ingredients to enhance its taste. * Salad should be served immediately so you can enjoy perfect crunch of ingredients.
