Hello everyone 😻, Happy Sunday 😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. As always a day of gratitude and appreciating all the good things in our lives 💯. Today was the last Sunday of April, we are about to embark on May😹. Anyways, for me it's been another ordinary day and it's now time to break down how my stepping went and also the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. As always thank you for reading and let's slide in 💨. I began my day with some stretching moves before heading out for a walk around the neighborhood and park. The sun 🌞 was out making for a beautiful day. After about 30 minutes, I was back indoors ready to deal with the usual house chores including laundry and cooking. The afternoon saw me go and check out the Victoria and Albert Museum. I usually pass there but today I thought of venturing inside. Oh wow, it is massive, founded in 1852 during Queen Victoria's reign, it is the world's largest museum of decorative art and design. It has 4.5 million objects in 145 galleries on 12.5 acres. It's gonna take me a few visits to see most of it. The best part is entry is free and I always thought there was an entrance fee until I inquired today. There's so much to see and learn, I was overwhelmed. I had just one hour since they close around 5:45pm. I will definitely be going back. There were some interesting matches in the EPL, trending match, Liverpool thrashed Tottenham😹. They are now the premier league winners, the last time they won was 2020. This is their 20th time winning EPL. Congratulations Liverpool🎉🎊💯. With the stepping out of the way, let's have a look at what was trending around the world. In Gaza the mass murder kept going with the death of 50 Palestinians in Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas😿. Tents sheltering displaced people have been hit so much in the recent days🙀. On the brighter side, Qatari PM has said progress is being made in an effort to secure a ceasefire and end the bombing in Gaza. Israel today also bombed southern part of Beirut in Lebanon. Good thing they warned civilians before hand to leave the area. They were targeting a Hezbollah weapon storage facility. No deaths or injuries reported there💯. Not far off, Iran trending as a huge explosion at a port killed 40 people and left over a thousand injured😿. It is suspected to be some form of chemicals that were being stored there. The president visited the area as investigations continue. Speaking of Iran, a third round of talks with the US kicked off in Muscat, Oman. This is about Iran's nuclear program which Israel and the west are worried that Iran may be looking to manufacture a nuclear weapon since they have been enriching uranium for many years. However Iran insist that their nuclear is for energy purposes. Across the pond, Canada trending as a deranged man drove through a crowd of people celebrating a festival killing 11 and injuring many😿. The 30 year old with a history of mental problems has since been arrested by police. Finally on a happier note, London trending as a Kenyan won the London Marathon, men's edition. Ethiopia won in the women's edition but we will get them next time😹. As I came from the museum I noticed many streets cordoned off, didn't know there was a marathon until this evening😹. Next time I should be out cheering them because the finishing line is at Buckingham palace not far from me. Anyways, I definitely wish everyone all the best as a new week unfolds.
