Hey family, Yesterday was really a busy Walking day for me. I made 22.6k steps yesterday, and about 95% of the total steps were from walking. I had to go rehearsals to a very far distance in order to gain these steps. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/30c438c6-3dcf-4492-a9ba-33ceb447db41) The reason why I also had to walk on food for that long was because I had no choice. In our town now, we have an ongoing crisis. Meaning on Mondays, we have what we usually call a ghost town. That is, stores don't open, and cars nor motorcycles or trucks don't move. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/af6bf782-f896-4272-98f8-87e1fd920b82) So I had to walk on food due to the ghost town. When we reached the rehearsal space, we rehearsed for the whole day..... And left in the evening to come back home. And on our way home, one of our friends that we were with at the rehearsal space was called that his mother has been admitted in the hospital. So we had to rush there and check on her. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/c370262e-9f95-48f4-9ea9-28e1030b5807) When we reached there she was sleeping, and she immediately woke up and told us that she's feeling better now, and we thanked God and celebrated with her. So we just discussed for about 1 hour before leaving the hospital. Okay friends, that is how my day went, have a nice day.
