Observing our thoughts is abnormal and not automatic because we are not used to it. **What do I think?** It is true that a question may seem somewhat strange, but it is a very important question that may be the beginning of a process of awareness and the beginning of constructive internal dialogue. **Then comes the most important question: Is my thoughts positive or negative?** Only when you answer the question can you support your positive thoughts and put an end to your negative thoughts. Do not forget that your thoughts make your reality.

مراقبة أفكارنا عملية غير طبيعية و غير تلقائية لاننا لسنا متعودين على ذلك. **في ماذا أفكر؟** صحيح انه سؤال قد يبدو غريبا نوعا ما و لكنه سؤال في غاية الأهمية قد يكون بداية مشوار وعي و بداية حوار داخلي بناء. **بعد ذلك ياتي السؤال الأهم و هو: هل أفكاري ايجابية او سلبية؟** فقط عندما تجيب على هادا السؤال يمكنك ان تدعم افكارك الإيجابية و تضع حدا لأفكارك السلبية. لا تنسي ان افكارك تصنع واقعك👍
