안녕하세요 Hash 입니다. 저는 모험활동과 자연을 창작활동만큼이나 좋아하는데요, 오늘은 이 두개를 합친 포스팅을 해볼까 합니다. 많은 사람들이 여행을 가거나 다른나라에 가면 사진을 찍죠? 저는 이순간을 그림으로 옮겨보았습니다.

이 그림은 카리뷰라는 와이너리의 모습입니다. 서호주의 덴마크라는 곳에 위치한 카리뷰는 인구 3천명 이하의 마을 사람들이 사는곳에 위치한 조그만 마을의 와이너리로, 낮에는 점심과 와인테스팅 하는곳으로, 밤에는 분위기 좋은 레스토랑으로 변하는 곳입니다.

Hi everyone, exploring nature and travelling are my favourite things with painting, I would like to combine those things for posting today. People take pictures when they go to travel or overseas, I painted it instead of taking picture.

This painting is Karriview's view where is in Demark, Western Australia. Denmark is very small villege, only 3000 people live in this town.

왜 뜬금없는 와이너리냐고? 생각하시는 분들을 위해 간략한 스토리를 공개하지요.

....때는 영맹으로 막 호주에 왔던 2009년도 즈음, 교통사고로 가져온 모든 돈을 잃고 하루아침에 거지가 된 Hash. 살아남기 위해 궁여지책을 마련하다 하게된 봉사활동 일. 우여곡절 끝에 찾아온 덴마크라는 마을에서 시작된 봉사활동..., 그리고 알게된 와이너리 농장을 운영하는 같은 마을에 사는 론 아저씨. 벽돌을 나르며 힘겹게 일하다 제안받은 - 론 아저씨네 와이너리에서 일하게 된것입니다. 와이너리 일이 쉽지는 않았지만, 그래도 하나에 30센티나 되는 진흙벽돌을 만들고 나르는것보다야 조금 덜 힘들었죠 +_+

Why Winery? This painitng has a behind story.

... It is in 2009 when I was just arrived in AU. I had a car accident and I didn't know how to speak in English. I lost all the money, and I had to think about how to survive after it. I went to WWOF, and I found here in Denmark. However, the work was very hard - I had to make a big handmade mudbricks. While I was wwoofing, I met Ron, who is the Karriview winery owner, he offered me some winery work to help me.

Denmark. I took tthis picture near the house. Some wild kangaroos are play around here, but they ran away when I come here to take a photo. Too shy to taking a photo!

론네 아저씨네 집. 게이 아저씨라서 맘편히 숙식했던기억이 나는군요. 마음도 비단결같이 고왔던 아저씨 였습니다. 운전을 하며 한손으로 잎담배를 마는 고급스킬(?)을 시전하던 론 아저씨.

집에서 15분쯤 걸으면 나오는 와이너리 입니다. 카리뷰 간판이 보이죠?

카리뷰 내부. 여행객들이 여기로 와인시음을 하러 오곤 합니다. 그 시절 함께 봉사활동을 하던 저, 소피아, 이쿠미, 그리고 엘런 (우핑 주인)가 함께 와서 와인 시음을 했죠. 술을 못먹던 저이지만 와이너리 근처에 몇달간 살면서 와인시음만 몇백병 해본듯 합니다. 티타임에 와인을주고, 저녁식사때 와인을 주고, 일끝나면 와인을 주고...와인 천국인듯합니다

농장근처에 돌아다니는 엘런의 아프리칸 닭(?)들. 정확한 이름이 있는데 기억이 나지 않는군요

가을에 봉사활동을 해서 겨울을 보내고 봄부터 와이너리 일을 시작했습니다. 포도나무들이 파릇파릇 올라오네요.

I came here for wwoofing in autumn, and now it is starting of the spring. The grape trees look fresh :)

접니다 -_-; 운전면허증도 없던 시절인데 저렇게 쿼드 바이크를 몰고다니면서 큰 돌들을 모아 포도농장 정리를 하곤했었죠. 쿼드바이크... 참 재밌어요 !! It is me :D Altough I have no driver license, I worked with the quad bike and picked big stones to tidy up the winery farm. 이 나무들은 3-5년생 들입니다. 와인의 질을 위해 그 이후의 오래된 나무는 베어버리고 꼭 이시기의 나무들에서 열린 포도들만 수확한다고 합니다. Those grape trees are 3 to 5 years old. 와이너리의 전경을 그대로 담아보았습니다. 사진에 나오지는 않았지만 와이너리 아랫쪽에 작은 연못이 있는것도 함께 그렸어요. 잘보면 윗쪽 언덕위에 있는 와이너리와 연못에 비친 와이너리가 다르다는것을 보실수 있습니다. 바로 낮의 와이너리와 밤의 와이너리인데요, 낮에는 까페로, 밤에는 로맨틱한 레스토랑으로 바뀌는 카리뷰를 표현하고자 했습니다 :) I tried to painting in the panoramic view of the winery. It did not show in the photo, but I painted it with a small pond at the bottom of the winery. If you have a look carefully, you can see that the winery on the hill and the winery that replet in the pons are different. I wanted to express the both face of Karrivew, as a cafe for a day time, and a restaurant for night time.

이 그림은 사고후 가진돈을 다 잃고 자원봉사로 연명하던 저를 도와주려고 일부러 와이너리에 고용해준 론을 위해서 감사의 표시로 그린 그림입니다. 이 그림은 덴마크를 떠난후 와이너리가 문을 닫을때까지 걸려있었다고 합니다. 그림을 줄때 감동해서 울던 론의 모습이 눈에 아직도 선명하군요. 가진게 없었지만 습득한 기술로 누군가에게 감사의 표시를 할수 있다는 것은 참 기분좋은일인것 같습니다 :) I painted it to say thanks to Ron, who tried to help me after he knows abou my behind story that I have lost money from the car accidant. This picture was hanging on the wall at the Karriview, until it is closed in Denmark. I still remember how Ron impressed and happy when I gave this picture before I leave in Denmark. I think it's lucky that I have askill that I can make someone happy and thanks to. I hope you enjoyed my post :)
