Hello friends, a few days ago I participated in a Barista course (coffee specialists) and from that moment I wanted to illustrate characters based on a type of coffee. This time I present Espresso, I hope you like it :)

Hola amigos, hace unos días participé en un curso de Barista (especialistas en café) y desde ese momento quise ilustrar personajes basados en un tipo de café. En esta oportunidad les presento a Espresso, espero que les guste :)

For those who don't know what an Espresso is, this is a fairly intense and pure coffee that is ready in between 20 and 30 seconds. It is made with an Espresso Machine that, after having placed and pressed the finely ground coffee, it receives a strong jet of hot under pressure water. From this process a concentrate is extracted, this drink not exceed 30ml and, starting from it, it is possible to prepare other drinks based on coffee.

Para aquellos que no saben qué es un Espresso, este es un café bastante intenso y puro que está listo en instantes (entre 20 y 30 segundos). Se realiza con una Máquina Espresso que, tras haberse colocado y prensado el café finamente molido, éste recibe un fuerte chorro de agua caliente a presión. De este proceso se extrae un concentrado que no supera los 30ml y, partiendo de él, se consigue preparar otras bebidas con base en café.
