If You are looking for a relaxing sound that will help You focus or go to sleep. You have found it. ASMR doesn't work for everyone and also everyone is different when it comes to the type of sounds that will activate it. White noises like a Hair Dryer or a Hoover can be very relaxing and help You to concentrate.
