Por diversos motivos. Primeiro ela é uma edição limitada, foi feita especialmente pela cervejaria Way para uma caixa de assinatura de cervejas, ou seja, muita exclusividade. Segundo ponto, essa cerveja é uma Stout mas com adição de caju, algo um tanto especial e diferenciado. Essa cerveja foi desenvolvida a partir de um concurso do site de assinatura, onde mais de 1500 receitas foram enviadas e as 4 melhores foram produzidas. A Mordonian Stout leva em sua composição polpa de caju, aveia e trigo. Com uma espuma bem consistente, duradoura e cremosa, e com um aroma bem forte de caju essa cerveja surpreende muito, mas não espere essa presença no caju no seu gosto, no paladar as características presentes são as da Stout mesmo, ou seja, o caramelo, o café e o tostado. Não tenho muito conhecimento do Caju, talvez por isso não tenha identificado muito no gosto, apenas um finalzinho no retrogosto.
