Clearly, Web 3.0 has revolutionised Internet. Web 2.0 has solved many problems but it also raised concerns over security, privacy, and centralization. Today most of the web is controlled by only a few giants like Facebook, Google, Amazon,Uber, etc. When so much power resides within the hands of few people, things turn ugly. This is where Web 3.0 aka blockchain technology plays a crucial role.

Huge investments have been pumped to work on Blockchain technology. Even the giants are also invested in the blockchain technology. At the time of writing this article, the market cap is around $300 Billion and several Billion Dollars also went in developing blockchain technologies for various companies.

Every company based on the Internet is currently trying to get their hands on Blockchain. We have already had some giants entering Web 3.0.

57% considers Property as high risk investment:

In a study, it shows that in the next 5 years, about 57% millennials considers property as high risk investment and chooses Bitcoin over real estate.

For Millennials the soaring performance of Bitcoin – followed by an almost equally profound correction – holds more intrigue than the prospect of steady growth in house prices. This translated to 27% of male Millennials polled believing Bitcoin represents a better investment than property.

Neil Young, chief executive of Get Living, analyzed the insights into ‘a generation in the vanguard of the new on-demand subscription society.’

“What we’ve found in this report is that ‘generation rent’ are cautious when it comes to property investment, are optimistic for the future and value the flexibility that renting offers. These shifts can’t be ignored.”

Mark Cuban - 10% Bitcoin Investment Rule:

Of course, Mark Cuban hasn't been soft on Crypto Investments. He once quoted that "Gold is useless and so does Bitcoin". Regardless, he considers Bitcoin/Crypto as high risk investment with high returns. He advices people to take 10% high risk and put that money into some crypto currency like Bitcoin, Etherum, etc.
