Good move by Electroneum, An official announcement for max. total coins supply at 21 billions tokens for 1st Nov ICO. Unlike any other coins, ETN has only 2 decimal places 1.XX while Bitcoin for example has 8 1.XXXXXXXX. Technically speaking Electroneum use case will give experience and feel similar to FIAT currency.

Too much supply?. 21 billions coins.

Isn't 21 billions coins is too much for an ICO?. Well generally speaking Yes, But somehow when the coin price is around 1-2 satoshi . Investors obviously will invest in decent amount due to high trade quantity from BTC , ETH and FIAT Exchange. Beside that, Electroneum project team have a mitigation plan to put all the unsold ICO into mining circulation pool for mobile application to supply the coins back to users. Another good plan kudos to the project team.

Mining Capability on CPU Desktop

Yes its happening, Desktop users able to mine ETN from their CPU but not GPU. Great addition for continuity of Electroneum.
