How in the world does the SEC have jurisdiction over a project in Korea that doesn't involve US investors?!
Yet I don't see anybody asking these questions?!

The SEC is way overstepping just about every week it seems at this point.
They have decided they have jurisdiction and are just going hog wild.
This was the cause of bitcoin dropping from $25k yesterday...
