The first habit I've practiced for decades is to read at least one book per week. It constantly exposes me to many new, neat things. Simple. I always have videos playing 24/7 in the background while I am doing something else. For example, I might be doing my daily workout or cardio. I might be inoculating mycelium into agar or grain. I might be folding laundry, tending to my new garden, or playing with my dogs. Whatever. Just by having something I am interested in - instead of mindless TV - playing in the background allows me to learn many things while I do my daily things. So, here's the latest cool video I semi-watched and listened to today.
