There is already some stock photography like Shutterstock and Adobe Stock. But those platforms still cannot fulfil the needs of the artist. The artist not able to set their own pricing, take very long time to verify the content, and still got a large number of rejections from the photo stock platforms. They held the presale preparation on December 2017 and make the transition to Alpha-version of the photochain DApp on the first quarter of 2018. And then they held the Main Sale Event (ICO) also at the first quarter of 2018.
