Cantaloupe Sorbet With Orange Syrup

Ingredients

1 pound Chopped Cantaloupe
50 grams Sugar
1 Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Mint essence

Garnish

Orange Syrup
Chopped Cantaloupe
Fresh Mint Leaf

Making Steps

Puree all ingredients and insert in fridge about 1-2 hours till harden, out from fridge and soften again with food processor to make good soft texture, insert in fridge once more ( if You want more softer sorbet, do it 2 or 3 time smoothing with food processor ).
Enter from fridge and serve with chopped fresh cantaloupe, orange syrup and mint leaf.
