Since the inception of the Blockchain in 2008, there has been a continuous growth which has seen the innovation become a need in day to day life. Originally, the Blockchain was thought to be for the betterment of the financial aspect of life, it has since become and still being tipped as one of the solutions to mankind’s everyday live. Take Steemit for example, steemians who have stayed true to the Blockchain have experience an immerse growth in not only social skills but also in tech knowledge and the Steemit Blockchain still fulfills the financial aspect in terms of fast transactions. another beauty of this is the fact that, these medical records updates once there’s a new development regarding the patient medical state. The process of implementation is quite simple, MediBloc safely gathers medical records from different organizations and devices (even smartphones) and makes it accessible only to the patient; in this case, having a look or updating the records requires permission from the patient and there’s also an option for loved ones to access in case of an emergency; this is definitely the future.

There have been many problems surrounding medical records over the years; - A handful of medical centers have issues problems updating appropriately, this may be due to the negligence of the medical record department; in a light of a little issue updating, some personnel can choose to neglect the patient record which in turn can prove deadly in the nearest future. - Due to lack of strong security, hackers can attack a medical center thereby leading to loss of numerous patient data - In most cases, there are no privacy measures whatsoever towards patient medical records which should never be the case In 2017, an article by **The Conversation** mentioned that 40,000 to 80,000 death in the United States were linked to misdiagnosis, it’s only right to say these deaths could have been prevented if there was easy access to patient’s medical records; this only shows the big solution MediBloc offers to the general public no wonder **Forbes** acknowledged it as one of the biggest Korean startups in the year 2018.

MediBloc issues two tokens MED and MEDx to be used on the platform, these token will serves as payments to patients and other medical institutes, it will also be to settle medical bills at organization associated with MediBloc. The MED are tokens on the Qtum blockchain (QRC) however in other to further reach more individuals, the MEDx was introduced as an ERc20 token.
