There are tons of open-source programs like Blender and GIMP that are just as, if not entirely as functional as expensive programs like the Adobe Suite & various 3d Modeling tools.

When you purchase or build a computer with heavy media usage in mind, you're almost always lining yourself up well for mining cryptocurrency.
