Then after that I now add the sugar then mix all together until it dissolve. Now after I prepared the custard mixture in this way, next thing was to bring another bowl to set it and add the mixture to that bowl and I let it cool for a while. Before I put it in the freezer for some minutes then I removed it back then put in the blender and blend for just 2 minutes. The challenge that I faced mostly was in creating the custard mixture. I needed to keep stirring it up constantly because it would produce lumps and burn it on the bottom of the pot. It needed time and complete attention as once the custard begins thickening, it may go wrong very soon either it is too thick or uneven. Nevertheless with the difficulty, I persevered and it actually came out creamy and smooth. >If you were given the opportunity to share this delicious Vanilla ice cream with a Steemit friend, who would you share it with?
