We have browsed the Internet for blockchain job marketplaces and found several platforms that are up and running. Given the positive critical acclaim that the DREAM prototype, Moneo, received in the past, we expected it to come up in the search results but the DREAM website (that used to be the Moneo’s official website) only came up on the third page of search results. However, most of the platforms on the top of search results range from a simple board for jobs in blockchain to the same kind of platform that Moneo used to offer. We could only find one similar project that employs AI to provide smart matches, Boon. Their ICO ended on January 16th having raised $5,000,000. Their hard cap was $10,000,000. Boon is an official IBM partner and has a much bigger following than DREAM. Therefore, one is safe to say that the idea of a blockchain marketplace platform powered with AI resonates with the community and demonstrates potential. DREAM offers a more sophisticated use of AI and Machine Learning.

We find DREAM to be a promising project, and there are several reasons why. First, they are building upon an existing product which has already demonstrated growth potential. The extension of Moneo into DREAM is how this product is going to gain a further competitive advantage. Second, it is the extensive use of AI and Machine Learning they propose in order to improve collaboration between cryptopreneurs and relevant professionals. Apart from blockchain, it is an innovative feature that can change the digital job marketplace at large. Finally, the team. It is comprised of experts who have established Moneo and seem to be into the nuts and bolts of the industry.

As for recommendations, we would suggest that DREAM puts a bit more effort into promotion. As of today, their following size on social media remains wanting. The DREAM project is brilliant, but even a kickass concept requires spreading the word about. We hope they will do this soon.
