Como todo bom ator que tenta viver de sua arte no Brasil, em algum momento você precisa se jogar no mundo da publicidade. E foi justamente o que decidi fazer esse ano, contratei uma produtora e fiz meu book e meu vídeo book, que compartilho aqui. Sim, também acho muito estranho a falta de movimento, mas segundo a produtora que dirigiu, é assim que precisa ser pra publicidade. Eu também queria fazer tudo mais engraçado, só que me disseram que estava "muito teatral". Foi um dia longo de fotos e gravação, muita luz e maquiagem, trocas de roupa, e espera das outras pessoas gravando tb. Te falar, vida de modelo não é tão simples quanto muita gente acha. Mas no fim, eu gostei bastante do resultado, e também me ensinou uma lição muito valiosa: para evoluir, é necessário sair da zona de conforto. Eu nunca imaginei que um dia faria um book e mandaria para agencias, sempre tive um pouco de preconceito com trabalhos de publicidade ou modelos, mas confesso que foi divertido, trabalhei com pessoas legais, no fundo foi uma experiencia e tanto. Agora é esperar ver se o ato atinge o propósito, que venham os trabalhos!

Just like any good actor that tries to live from his art in Brazil, at one point in your life you got to throw yourself into advertising. So I decided to do it, hired a producer and did my book and videobook, that I share here with you. Yes, I agree it´s weird that I almost don´t move while doing it, but the director told me: "That´s the way they do in advertising". I´m not the expert, so I did as I was told. Also I wanted to make it a lot funnier, but again i got scolded to "make it less theater and more advertisement". It was a long day of shooting, lots and lots of makeup, different changes of clothes, and the waiting for the other models to shhot too. But in the end, it was a great day, and it ended with a valuable life lesson: to evolve, you need to get out of your confort zone. I never thought about doing a book and send it to diferent agencies, I always had a little prejudice with models and advertising, but I confess that it was pretty funny, I worked with some nice people, it was a good experience. Now I just need to wait and see if the action reach its purpose: GET ME SOME WORK!
