Rightly said, What we lack is probably what we need the most. I feel important needs of life also keep changing and they are not always the same. In the moment what you need matters. I am going through this chart and not being very modest or anything of that sort but at this point of time in my life, there is nothing that I need the most personally for myself. Yes but what matters to me the most is there. If I have to review this chart, all of this matters to me but the most important one is the Physical well-being. Specially for my husband who is facing health issues as of now. If our overall health i.e. the Physical, Mental and Emotional is not in good condition, if our lifestyle does not promote healthy habits, if we do not have the realization of our own well-being then how are we ever able to do anything else in life. Our energy systems defines our whole existence and if that goes weak our foundations will get shaken up. What we put in our body in the form of Nutrition to a great extent defines how the energy of our body shapes up, and then the lifestyle. A Healthy body and Mind will allow us to function at our best. People suffering from illnesses, ailments, OCDs will always be struggling to keep up to the expectations not only set by others but also set by their own selves. It is so rightly said ***"Health is Wealth"*** Our modern lifestyles have impacted our Nutrition the most, we have got onto eating so many foods which are not at all acceptable by our body. The processed foods, junk foods, over eating of sweets, gluten, lactose, GMO products, all of this are bringing harm to the body. A lot of people argue with me that Gluten and Lactose are safe, they have been consumed since ages and people had no problem. Yes correct, they are not really harmful if we get them in the most natural form but nowadays the milk that we get is so much diluted. There are so many different types of sprays used n the crops and that brings harm. A few days ago a friend of mine was having a discussion with me on this and he told me his daughter has become lactose intolerant after shifting to Canada and she gets all types of allergies on her body when she consumes Milk. What do you think probably the reason will be? It is what the cattle is fed, is'nt it? In my home, my husband is the most impacted in health. Is is being Met? Answer is Yes, it is being met. The bigger question is Do I want to follow. Like I mentioned in my home, between the 3 of us, i.e. my Son, Husband and Me, My Son and me are very mindful but my hubby cannot give up on the cravings. But in this time lapse of his Myasthenia condition I guess he has learnt his lessons and hopefully from now on he will get onto a healthy diet and lifestyle. Otherwise I always say that I have a blessed life, All that I want and desire I have it, then be it my Emotional Needs, Materialistic need, lifestyle needs, my own pathway of life that I want to achieve. I do not feel a lack of anything in my life.
