The Story

Everyone's got their own purpose in life. Some have already found it and some are still in the process of realizing what really matters for them. Purpose is something that drives people towards achieving remarkable things. Living with a purpose, no matter how big or small, results in having a more fulfilling life that is not only focused around achieving happiness but rather aims at progressing along the journey and becoming a better self by accepting challenges that might seem impossible to complete at first glance.

I might not be able to clearly define what my purpose is as of now but I can definitely list some of the achievements that filled the emptiness within me with a long lasting feeling of satisfaction. These were the cycling trips, that my friend and I participated in, which were possibly the most rewarding experiences in our lifetimes, despite being full of unknowns, dangers and of course sweat and tears.

Having no prior experience in riding such long distances we wanted to see for ourselves if we could push our bodies and minds beyond the limits. Completing these journeys served as a proof that money isn't always an issue and everything can be achieved with a strong will and determination.

Previous journeys

Before we came to a realization that traveling by bike is something that truly drives us and pushes us forward, we've completed three exciting and difficult trips which are briefly described below.

Czech Republic 2017

Trail: Split -> Omis -> Makarska -> Ploce -> Trsteno -> Dubrovnik -> Trpanj -> Ploce -> Makarska -> Split
Budget: ~$350 per person

Ukraine 2018

Distance: ~620km
Nights: 8
Travellers: 2
Trail: Czestochowa -> Zbiornik Chancza -> Rzeszow -> Shehyni -> Lviv -> Przemysl
Budget: ~$100 per person

The Project

Having completed the journeys listed above, we also realized that this is only the beginning. As we are constantly learning and thence getting better in cycling and finding free/cheap places to sleep over, we are looking forward to cycle further in less amount of time and with a lesser budget. Since this types of activities bring so much fulfillment and joy to our lives, we are aiming at sharing it with the world by documenting each step of our journeys and putting the content out on social media platforms for everyone to see. We believe that by doing so, we'll allow others to participate in the adventures we take and at the same time encourage and support people in following their dreams.

Upcoming journey

This time we'd like to level up and double the distance we traveled during our previous trip to Ukraine. With the use of skills we learned we are able to do so with a much lesser budget which will be around ~$250 per person. We also want our next journey to be well documented on `tape` so everyone can take advantage of handful hints and tips provided by us along the way.

The Vision

We would like to create a knowledge base for travelers from all around the world (especially bikers). Some of the tips you'll get from as are (but are not limited to): how to service your bike, what to take with you on your trip, how to find free/cheap accommodation and washing facilities, what to eat during the trip to keep up the pace, where to cross country borders etc.

We are committed to making this our full time jobs and since we are passionate about it, we believe we can build a strong community behind our vision.
