The reason it is done this way is to enable anyone to show up to receive coverage on topics they feel matter to the community and crypto space in general. Hangouts will be approximately 45 minutes long, but depending on attendance and projects/topics to be covered may last up to 60 minutes. Those who attend will be given an opportunity for 100 EOSBits on the BitShares DEX. These tokens will be worth bandwidth on the EOS Network and *may someday be a sharedrop target*.
