01 First carriage: IBO release

The price of RAM is generated by the Bancor algorithm based on the actual supply and demand of RAM, and the more people speculating on RAM, the higher the price. At the end of June this year, RAM prices skyrocketed because of the Bancor algorithm, At the end of August, FIBOS was launched. In just four days, the pool of FIBOS received a capital injection of 850,000 EOS. 02 Second carriage: decentralized exchange

With the first carriage "IBO release", there will inevitably be more and more project tokens appearing, and the circulation transactions between these tokens will eventually lead to the centralization exchanges such as Biance and Huobi. **However, we also know clearly that there are many problems in the centralized exchanges, of which the most serious two problems are:** >(1) The risk of misappropriation and theft of digital currency: First, it is used for other purposes without permission. Now, some of the top BPs of the EOS main net are the exchanges (the risk of voting by misappropriating the exchange user’s EOS). Secondly, asset theft incidents emerged in an endless stream. From January, Coincheck was stolen from NEM worth about $523 million, and in July BIthumb was stolen from a digital currency worth about $32 million. As the difficulty increases, the profit acquisition decreases. In this case, decentralized exchanges are undoubtedly the first choice for users, so why haven't they been popular before? In fact, BitShares and Ethereum both launched decentralized exchanges on their respective platforms. However, due to the lack of TPS performance of these two public chains, user transactions are often slow and blocked. In the long run, the user experience of decentralized exchange is poor, so this concept has been shelved. **However, with the advent of EOS with high TPS performance genes, decentralized exchanges with their own safety attributes have been raised again and gained high hopes by the industry and many currency holders.** As a result, decentralized exchanges led by Newdex are rapidly emerging. They are responsible for trading tokens issued by various DAPPs, side chains and sub-chains to form prices. It can be said that decentralized exchanges provide the soil for IBO token transactions.

03 Third carriage: REX lease loan bank

The current cost of using the EOS main net is extremely high, which is the most troublesome thing for DAPP developers. If the free market is used to fully provide these developers with resources, the development cost of the developer can be greatly reduced, thereby promoting the construction and development of the EOS ecosystem. Therefore, BM proposed the EOS resource leasing scheme, and the EOS resource exchange issued the intermediate resource token REX for unified settlement and leasing. There are three main advantages to this: >(1) Increase the income of EOS holders. EOS holders obtain REX tokens by renting EOS. Since REX records the book value at the staking price, after the mortgage expires, the user can not only redeem EOS at the current book value but also obtain additional income; >(2) CPU prices tend to be fair, enabling efficient allocation of CPU resources. The unused EOS are centralized through the eosio.rex system account and a large-scale centralized leasing market can be formed. Centralized leasing is conducive to the formation of a fair CPU price mechanism. The more renters and renters in the free market, the easier it is to implement an effective price control mechanism to achieve effective use of CPU resources. >(3) Reduce development costs and promote DAPP development. For developers, they can get a lot of resources with a small fee, reducing the capital cost of development and the risk of revenue from EOS price fluctuations, thus motivating them to develop DAPP projects boldly. The prosperity of DAPP's eco will further promote the sustainable development of EOS eco health. IBO issues token assets on the EOS side chain or sub-chain through the Bancor algorithm; many of the decentralized exchanges are responsible for trading various Dapp tokens on the chain, which forms prices; leasing loan banks Provide computing resources to the DAPP team for rental with cheap rents. 01 第一架马车：IBO发行

今年6月底，RAM价格暴涨，归根结底就是Bancor算法在背后作怪，因为RAM的价格是由Bancor算法根据RAM的实际供需情况而产生，投机购买RAM的人越多，价格也就越高。 8月底，响马团队上线FIBOS，短短四天时间，FIBOS的池子便获得85万EOS的注资。这种获得注资的方式不同于以往的IC0，而是基于Bancor算法实现EOS和FO（FIBOS侧链上发行的新代币）的资产兑换。不管是RAM，还是FIBOS，其本质都是基于Bancor算法进行的人机交易，从而实现两种不同资产之间的兑换，而这种方式就是现在被大家热烈讨论的IBO发行模式。和其他代币发行方式相比，IBO无疑显得更加出色：代币价格直接由Bancor算法根据代币的实际供需情况而产生，把人与人之间的交易，变成了人与机器之间的交易，更加透明和公平；同时，以EOS作为锚定的基础货币进行代币兑换，项目团队无法直接获得融资，避免了IC0非法集资的法律风险。因此，这种代币发行模式将会得到越来越多项目方的青睐而逐渐流行起来，对于币圈乱象也是一个很大的改变。

02 第二驾马车：去中心化交易所

有了第一架马车“IBO发行”，必然会有越来越多的项目代币出现，而这些代币之间的流通交易最终将导向币安、火币等中心化交易所。但我们也清楚地知道，目前中心化交易所存在诸多问题，其中两大问题最为严重： >（1）数字货币被挪用和被盗风险：首先是不经允许被挪做他用，现在EOS主网排名靠前的超级节点有一部分是交易所（存在交易所挪用用户EOS进行投票的风险）；其次是资产被盗事件层出不穷，从1月份的Coincheck被盗走价值约5.23亿美元的新经币，到7月份BIthumb被盗3200万美元数字货币等，这类黑客攻击事件严重扰乱整个行业的正常运转。 >（2）价格操纵套利机会：上币权和定价权被掌握在中心化交易所中，存在庄家控盘、机器人刷单等风险，缺乏信任和透明度。而去中心化交易所的优势也不断展现出来： >（1）防止人为操控：依赖于智能合约，把资产托管、撮合交易放在区块链上，不存在人为运营的价格调整。 >（2）黑客攻击难度提升：不能靠集中攻击交易所来获取巨额利润，只能攻击分散独立的个人账户，难度上升的同时，利润获取量下降。两相比较之下，去中心化交易所无疑是用户的首选，那为什么之前一直没有流行起来呢？其实早在之前，BitShares和以太坊都分别推出过各自平台的去中心化交易所，但由于这两条公链的TPS性能不足，导致用户交易经常又慢又堵，长此以往，谁还会体验这么差的去中心化交易所，所以这一概念也就被搁置了。但随着具有高TPS性能基因的EOS的出现，自带安全属性的去中心化交易所再次被行业以及众多持币者提起并寄予厚望。于是，以Newdex为首的去中心化交易所迅速兴起，它们负责交易各种DAPP、侧链和子链发行的代币，形成价格。可以说去中心化交易所为IBO的代币交易提供了土壤。

03 第三驾马车：租赁贷款银行

EOS主网目前的使用成本极为高昂，是DAPP开发商最为头疼的事。如果通过自由市场去充分为这些开发商提供资源，则可以大大的减轻开发商的开发成本，从而促进EOS生态的建设和发展。所以BM提出了EOS资源租赁的方案，由EOS的资源交易所发行中间资源代币REX进行统一结算租赁。这样做的好处主要有三点： >（1）在本金有保障的情况下提高EOS持有者的收益。EOS持有者通过出租EOS获取REX代币，由于REX是按抵押时的价格记录账面价值，所以在抵押到期后，用户不仅可以按当时账面价值赎回EOS，还能获得额外收益； >（2）CPU价格趋向公允，实现 CPU资源的有效配置。将用户闲置的EOS集中起来，形成大规模的租赁市场。当越多出租者和租赁者加入其中，它就越发趋向完全竞争，这种情况下的CPU价格将更多受市场供需影响，形成较为公允的价格，而不是受资本操作，从而真正实现 CPU 资源的有效配置； >（3）降低开发成本，促进DAPP开发。对于开发者而言，只需支付一小笔费用就能获得大量的资源，减少了开发所需要的资本成本和 EOS 价格波动带来的收益风险，从而激励他们大胆地进行DAPP项目的开发，而DAPP生态的繁荣也将进一步推动EOS生态健康持续的发展。 IBO发行则通过Bancor算法在EOS侧链或子链上发行代币资产；其中众多的去中心化交易所负责在链上交易各种DAPP的代币，形成价格；租赁贷款银行以便宜的租金向DAPP团队提供计算资源算力出租。如此一来，待IBO发行、去中心化交易所以及租赁贷款银行这“三驾马车”全力开动起来以后，会逐渐形成生态闭环，那时候的EOS将会成为DAPP团队创业的乐土，EOS势必也将水涨船高。这就是我理解的EOS能够穿越这场熊海风暴的三大理由，元芳那你怎么看？
