Respect everyone - not just someone you know or have a higher status than you. Many people will only respect the people they want to impress, and they are rude or impolite to others. That means you have to be nice to people who are not as cool as you do to others who are more popular than you. Be kind to people you meet every day and never be treated with respect. * For example, homeless people are often humbled or treated harshly, but they are entitled to be treated with dignity and courtesy like everyone else.
