From the territorial and physical point of view, it is possible to differentiate "three Americas":

Honduras is made up of 18 departments, and these in 298 municipalities. Tegucigalpa is the capital of the republic, next to the city of Comayagüela, they form the Central District. The western coast is dominated by a narrow plain, where is the most important industrial and agricultural area of the country, which extends into an interior depression in which the Managua lakes are located (on whose banks is the capital of the country). Nicaragua is one of the largest freshwater reservoirs in the world, with nearly 500 islands and diverse marine species, including sharks.
