NEO is a so called chinese Ethereum. It needed long time to pump in price but this happened (was about 60-70USD at ATH). Unlike in Ethereum there is GAS but its actually ETH small parts itself, here GAS (power to move transactions) is an actual coin trades on few places. I have made post on how to "mine" GAS with NEO before (just seek). We see GAS price didnt move much, which means the pump in price is only on NEO due to first ICO. Its said that Bittrex will be first exchange after Binance to pay GAS to their users but its been long time and didnt happen yet. Time will tell.
