Good morning steemians,hope you're all having an amazing day.Today's breakfast is a really quick and easy recipe,I'm going to be making eggs and avacado toast.I'm sure many of you guys have had this before but if not you NEED to try this.

What you'll need.

2x Eggs
2x Toast
1x Avacado
Saucepan
Salt & Pepper
Butter

Stage 1. We'll first need to boil our water in the saucepan.We're going to be poaching our eggs.So once the boiling water is on simmer begin to stir the water,whislt the water is stirring add your egg and allow to poach for about 3-5 minutes.I poach mine for about 3 minutes as I enjoy the yolk runny :) it's tastier with the toast. ![2.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmc5ftUfK8ji6qBQH1uKL6mPuaAZDy5hkAAxjpMLBduub5/2.png)
