Ingredients

Beef
Onions
Garlic
Paprika
Cream
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
Salt and Pepper

Let's start!

slice the Beef into cubes

cut Onions and Garlic into little cubic pieces

as well as the Paprika

roast the the beef and add the Onions and the fresh Garlic

this rainy weather kinda makes me dreamy, goulash goes perfectly with the weather :)

prepare a nice tomato paste with tomato sauce, Tomatoes from the can and fresh Tomatos and add it to the beef. Let it cook for about 1 hour

always use the best spices to refine your goulash, in my case I used some spice mixes and paprika spices
