# Welcome to The Fresh Five!
Hi, I'm [Adam](https://steemit.com/@aussieninja) and I'll be introducing new and exciting Steemians to the community. [The Fresh Five](https://steemit.com/@thefreshfive) account was set up by [Mike](https://steemit.com/@mikepm74), who'll be working towards creating and administering Fresh Five competitions and contests to help kick start our brand new friends and get them involved in the community. She's 24 and freaking out a little about her quarter-life crisis, possibly a little down on her skills, but along with her nieces, we'll try to cheer her up and keep her on track to have her bravest year yet!
