One thing us Americans love to do is find some reason to get together and celebrate something. What better excuse than to celebrate than America's birthday.

The 4th brings together the 4 F's that makes any celebration great.

1. Food

Fire up that grill! Throw on those hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, and don't forget the chicken, spare ribs or anything else you can put BBQ sauce on. I'm sure there are other creative things you can think of to put that flame to.

Then you also have all those favorite side dishes and desserts to go with the meal. This is making me hungry just talking about it.

2. Family & Friends.

No use of having all that good food with out family and friends around to help you eat it.

3. Fun.

Get out and enjoy the day, there is always something to do.

Go to a parade. free concert, or car show or whatever maybe going on in your town , plus as a bonus this will help burn off some of those calories from earlier from all that great food.

Then when the sun starts to go down you will be ready to sit back and relax for the 4th F

4. Fireworks.

What a way to end a awesome then to sit back and watch things explode in the air.
