Still, it's a very rare operator since the only requirement to get her was to have an account before April 1 (3:00 UTC-7). So new players now would probably have no chance of getting this very rare operator in the future since it's a day-exclusive one. Not only it has a chance to FAIL but it will STUN nearby allies too and not just for 1 or 2 seconds but 5 seconds.
