Welcome to the *FIRST* fitness contest on Steemit

This contest is open to anyone who wants to start making healthier life choices, and make some money from it too!

About the contest:

The contest will take place over the span of 1 month. **Starting Monday, July 10th,** and **Ending Thursday, August 10th.** At the start of each week, I will post a workout regime that you can follow if you want. You don't have to follow it, but it's recommended. Additionally, you must weigh in at the start of every week.

Whoever loses the most weight over the duration of the contest will win:

So sounds good, how do I enter?

To enter:

Post a comment on this post saying "I want to get in shape!"

Add a video of your current weight along with the comment (it has to be a video of you getting on a scale for proof. Please state your steemit name too).

To remain in the contest:

You must post a workout video at LEAST 3 times a week, with the tag "getinshapechallenge". The video can be as long as you want, just need proof you are being consistent throughout the week! NO SLACKERS!

At the end of each week, you must weigh in. Same procedure as before, a video of you on a scale.

So, everyone wins. If you remain consistent, you will be rewarded. If you've been holding off exercising, hopefully, this will be your incentive!
