1- Regular exfoliation It is very important to exfoliate the skin regularly to eliminate dead cells. You can do an exfoliation once or twice a week using a homemade scrub or a commercial scrub. 2- Vaporization Boil a good amount of water and then pour it into a container where there is no risk of burning. Place your face over the container and cover your head with a towel so that the steam does not escape. Stay there for a few minutes and when you leave, gently squeeze the area where you have black dots. The heat will help to dilate the pores and this will facilitate the elimination of black spots. 3- Salt with milk To prepare this home treatment you simply need a splash of milk and plenty of salt. Mix both ingredients and apply the paste on the T zone or in those areas where you are affected by blackheads and pimples. Apply this treatment every day and you will see that in a few days you will notice the results. 4- Egg white and lemon Lemon juice is one of the most powerful ingredients when removing fat is treated. This ingredient is ideal to combat blackheads and blackheads, and in the process it will help us tone and light up the skin. This excellent mask helps us eliminate excess fat and dead skin cells. It is very important to apply it at night, because if it is exposed to the sun it could cause spots on the skin. -1 egg white -1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Mix both ingredients with the blender until you get a smooth texture. Apply on clean skin using a brush and let it act for 20 to 25 minutes. When the mask is completely dry on the face you can remove it with warm water. And the definitive solution that helped me: Home anti-pimple cream You will need to: 25 g of 10% salicylic ointment 25 g of 33% sulfuric ointment 20 g of zinc ointment 5 drops of birch tar Process: Prepare a paste of sulfuric, salicylic and zinc ointments. Next, add 5 drops of birch tar. Keep this healing ointment in the refrigerator. Apply the product at night. To achieve the maximum cleaning effect of the black spots, it is sufficient to apply it once every 2 days. Within a week, the black spots will already have gone bad, and your skin will get a beautiful matte hue. The course of treatment with this ointment is 30 days. Then, a break of 1 month should be made. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated. I hope they serve, I know there are also creams that can be bought but most do not live (I say this from my own experience), but in this post I assure you that they have the solution.
