Escherichia coli or E.coli is a normal harmless bacteria which has multiple strains. E.coli is the part of normal flora in the digestive tract. Why I am writing about this Bacteria? Because recently E.coli outbreaks kills number of people in USA. Most common form of dangerous strains of E.coli is is E. Coli O157:H7 which produces Shiga toxin. There was a outbreak of shiga toxin back in 1992. That time carrier was undercooked beef. This time is E.
