Directing Your Focus on What Is Most Important and Forgetting the Nonsense.

One of the major variables for Success, other than confidence is the ability to maintain Focus over long periods of time. You will notice that the most successful people are extremely good at focusing on one thing and getting it done, whereas other people who may not be as successful trying this very difficult as Focus is something that is hard to build and Society is not really structured on making you focused.

However, there are different types of Focus one is a mental Focus and one is a physical Focus. The mental Focus is being able to direct your mind into a perspective that you want it to give you a certain idea or situation differently to push yourself forward, whereas physical Focus is being able to do the work and you need to do without becoming distracted.

In this passage I'm talking about mental Focus and being able to direct your attention on to what is most important in your life and forgetting the nonsense there's holding you back since this is what most people choose to focus on. Learning to focus on the positive side of things can be very difficult when things that negative and the mind will automatically gravitate to things that are negative simply to protect you, however if you can change this by directing your focus the more of the positive side of things regardless of what the situation is going on in your life then you will excel since changing your focus can even change your happiness dramatically.

An example of this, if you lose your job you can be very depressed about it and be extremely anxious that you're not going to be able to pay your bills and other liabilities. However, if you can Direct your focus in looking at this in a positive light, you can now find a better job, and now you have more time on your hands it can completely change the perspective of how you look at things and may even change your life. Because that can lead to you to finding a better job or building a business that you've always wanted to build.
