Woke up around 5:25 in the morning today from my smart watch alarm. I started to wake up much earlier this past couple of day as I an just walking to the gym in the morning since it's just less than 2 kilometers away from us. When I got up I started to prepare some food first while I also prepare the things that I'll be needing for my workouts in the gym today. ![IMG20250503061953_041853.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVV7GLkSjr6UJHrYi65JHSiBJ2FsvEiFZGDsTTRgnk5nM/IMG20250503061953_041853.jpg) ^{*Full on matcha breakfast.*} While I'm waiting for the water to boil, I mixed in the bowl first some oats, chia seeds, sugar and a piece of dark chocolate. I also put in instant black coffee, matcha powder and sugar in the mug that I always use. I also mixed in 2 dashes of lemon in my coffee. After I finished eating my breakfast I then change my clothes to the clothes that I have picked earlier for the gym. When I got into the gym I went straight to the floor where there is no equipment and ger a yoga mat and 2 kettle bell weighing 10 kilograms each for my workout later on. So I played with it for a while and have some snacks while I am playing with it. After I have finished playing with the update story, I then played Sudoku on my tablet. I need some memory games as I need to improve my mental capacity in terms of thinking fast and to solve any problems in a whim or just thought of an idea on how to do things. So I researched some games weeks before so I could train my brain function while I am also enjoying playing with it. All of the games, or most of it, are really helpful for you to think or to activate your brain.
