Good day to you all. Hoping you had a wonderful day today.

Woke up by my alarm again today. I was kind of shocked by it actually and thought literally for a second on why is it noisy 😅. I just turned it off and just waited for the next two alarms that I have set up. I was planning to do some workouts after my sister left because I don't want the fan open when I do my workout because I sweat so much when I move specially when I exercise. ![IMG20250408082111_093023.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRYpEQNDEeiAVHoFzpi7nYmMGRiX73KbNUSDnYYJXrXHA/IMG20250408082111_093023.jpg) ^{*I was watching some suggested movie clips on my YouTube feed.*} After my sister left, I continue to do my workouts, I also made myself a cup of coffee so that while I do my workouts and weightlifting I sweat more. I just continue to watch some videos while I do my exercises. I have rested for a while after I did that. But before I do that I cooked rice first but because there was a lot of rice left from last night's dinner, I just cooked a small amount that would just fit us two (my brother and I, and possibly for our dog also to eat later on.) After I finish taking a bath and fixing myself, I then cook us some *ulam* for our lunch. I have already put out some food to cook in the freezer before I took a bath and it was already soft when I came back to it and is now ready to be cooked. It was ham by the way and I have also cooked tuna omelet (which then turned into scrambled because the pan isn't cooperating when I cooked it). ![IMG20250408114203_093119.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdNMPiN43Z4qNXMAJiuHx6x1XVZwX68ERaw2NFWvjR6V3/IMG20250408114203_093119.jpg) ^{*I cooked the tuna egg first before the ham.*} After I finished on cooking those, I started to prepare the table and reheated the rice that was left last night on our microwave and eat it first before the one that I cooked earlier. My brother have just woken up by that time and also ate lunch with me. While we were eating I continued to watch the anime that I was watching earlier on my tablet. I didn't want to use more energy and the TV is adding more heat to the summer heat. After we ate our lunch we then made ourselves a cup of coffee and just continue what we're watching. My brother was watching something else on his phone and he's just wearing his Bluetooth earbuds. ---- And that is all I can share with you all today as that's all that happened on my day today.
