Woke up around 5:45 in the morning today just before my alarm went off. I just waited for my alarm to go off before I start to prepare for my morning walk today. I went out of the house right around 6:15 in the morning and have worn my Bluetooth earplugs for some music while I was walking. ![IMG_20250424_153331_033413.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeXm5GwuqR9AioUXvVwEd4QXAVRLNRmDkWwWupEvk5M1N/IMG_20250424_153331_033413.jpg) ^{*My morning walk today was nice and a bit windy at that time.*} After my I was done with my walk and have returned to our house, I just did some stretching for a while and like always drank some coffee mixed with green tea as for the last couple of days when I did this my digestion was is good and my tummy felt great every after I go to the bathroom. While I was also doing that I was also was watching some YouTube videos on our TV using our Chromecast TV device that is connected to our TV as out TV is now a smart TV and we could not do any thing other than connect DVD or CD players and also cable TV on our TV so that we could watch some teelnovelas that is in the mainstream TV. After I was done with my workout, I then cooked some rice and then took a bath. I tried to took a nap because that works sometimes when I do it, but right now I can't even sleep because of the pain that I was experiencing in my head. The back of my neck was also now in pain, and I think it's because of the heat right now. ---- Later that night, we just ate the remaining pieces of the siomai that was left earlier from our lunch.
