As we know that the investors do the analysis to predict the next market trend. While performing the analysis, multiple sort of factors are taken into consideration. The information help us to get an idea about the next move of market. We predict that where the price of coin will move in future. I am going to perform the fundamental analysis for Tether and Polygon.

Fundamental analysis of Tether

Tether is a crypto coin which is based on the blockchain technology. It was introduced in 2014 on the blockchain technology and the trading of this coin started after one year, in 2015. This coin is listed on the top exchange markets and at top three in market rank. The tether trading is quite easy. This facilitate the user with the cheap trading. The 75% trading of bitcoin done in tether in the current year. This currency is highly transparent which attract the people's interest.

The above is the trading view of Tether. The green candles shows that the market price is rising and red candle shows that the supply ratio is increasing as compare to demand.

The tether is at number three in market. The price of tether is 1.00$ and market capitalization is $62,034,420,929. The total supply is 64,469,767,617$. This currency traded with the USDT symbol. This coin is best to invest at the time when market is expected to fluctuate. This is a decentralized approach in crypto world.

Tether was created by the Tether LTD in 2014. The is the most stable currency. The Tether is a currency which is controlled by an experienced team. The team which is controlling the Bitfinex is also working to make the tether a stable and a successful coin. Its head quarter is in Hong Kong. A very experienced team is handling this project

It is a reliable currency. The people perform trading in tether in large volume. This currency is attracting the attention of people day by day. Why i choosed the Tether

Trading in Tether is very cheap. This coin has a very low price swings. Many traders keep there assets in form of tether. The risk ratio is very low in this coin. It is highly transparent. It is listed on the top exchange markets like binance, coinmarketcap, etc. This is the most stable currency in the crypto world. 75% trading of bitcoin was done in tether in this year. Source 1

Fundamental analysis of Polygon

The Polygon is also a famous currency which is at 18 number in market ranking. There were some problems in Ethereum blockchain related to scalability. The Polygon was introduced to solve all those problem. This is more secure and transparent. This is getting the attention of people rapidly as it is highly fast. The 65K transactions can be performed in just one second on Polygon. This is so fast and secure meanwhile.

The price of Polygon is $0.8861. Market capitalization is $5,619,957,932.50. The polygon is at 18 in market rank and total supply of this coin is 10,000,000,000. Circulating supply is 6.33B MATIC.

The proof of stake consensus algorithm is used in Polygon. A variety of features are provided on Polygon. A list of those features are as follow.

The last 24 hour low volume of polygon is $0.8583 and last 24 hour high volume of this coin is 0.9169$. The below is the chart of Polygon. The chart showing that there was market bull season in Mid of May. The price of coin was 2.41$. After that market started falling and now the market is down with price 0.8861$

In the above question, i performed the fundamental analysis of Polygon and Tether. Both are highly ranked crypto currencies with high market capitalization. Now i will show you how to buy the Tether.

Question 3- Finally, make a simulated exercise, using the DCA method to perform the purchase of two assets and present charts showing the data of days in which the operation was performed, price of purchases, average price, sell point, percentage of profit or loss. (include screenshots)

Trading Cardano Using DCA Strategy

Let's suppose I bough the 1 tether on different dates at different prices.

Buy 1 time on April 12 in 0.40000
Buy 2nd time on 26 April in 0.80000
Buy 3rd time on 12 May in 1.20000
Buy 4rth time on 30 May in 1.80000
Buy 5th time on 15 June in 1.50000
Buy 6th time on 27 June in 1.00000

Now add all the values and divide with number 6.

0.4+0.8+1.2+1.8+1.5+1.0 divided by 6

Average price = 0.81666667

The current price of Cardano is 1.22$. Its mean that we were at profit. The average price is less than the current price of Cardano. The best time is always when the price is low. The bearish season is consider the good spot to enter into the market.

I am in prfoti because of DCA strategy. I made the purchases when the price was average low. Now market has grown and price has reached to the 1.22$

Trading XRP/USDT Using DCA Strategy

Lets suppose i made the 6 purchases of XRP at different dats in different price.

Buy 1 time on April 12 in 1.4$
Buy 2nd time on 20 April in 1.3$
Buy 3rd time on 1 May in 1.6$
Buy 4rth time on 19 May in 1.2$
Buy 5th time on 18 June in 0.8$
Buy 6th time on 6 July in 0.6$

The current price of XRP is 0.6062$. Now lets find the average price of our all purchases.

Average price = 1.4+1.3+1.6+1.2+0.8+0.6 divided by 6

Average price -= 1.15

The average price is greater than the current price. Its mean that we bough the coins at high price. The market was at uptrend at that time. Now market is in bearish season and price is low. The best time to enter into the market is when the price of coin is low and market is at downtrend.

I faced a lose because of DCA technique. If i bough the coins in market downtrend, then i would be in profit. But at this case, i am in lose because i bought the coins at high average price.

Conclusion

In this homework task, i did the analysis of Tether and Polygon. The fundamental analysis is performed. Then I show how to buy the Tether coin with screen shorts step by step.

At last, i performed the DCA strategy on XRP and Cardano. I explained the profit or lose which i had in this case.
