Cada vez que leemos u oímos algo diferente a lo que hemos aprendido de las escrituras o alguna interpretación que no encaja, nos asaltan una serie de preguntas que si bien no necesariamente son signo de que todo lo que sabemos es herejía, muestran cierta debilidad en nuestro fundamento doctrinal. Cuando niña me decían no hagas tal cosa porque es malo, y mi pregunta siempre era ¿Por qué es malo? e insistía en la misma pregunta ante la misma respuesta, hasta que mi mama decía “es malo porque yo lo digo punto“ Y se terminaba el tema, ni hablar del momento del desarrollo y la sexualidad, hoy entiendo que había detrás de aquella evasiva respuesta pero ese es otro tema. Ahora de adulta cuando alguien dice que algo es malo hago la misma pregunta y no acepto un solo porque si, término diciéndole a la persona que mejor guarde silencio si no tiene un sustento lógico y razonable que respalde lo dicho. He aprendido, a veces con angustia y dolor que hay cosas que parecen malas pero que al final terminan siendo buenas, y viceversa. Toda esta introducción viene después de leer a Kenneth E. Hagin; él hace referencia también a la necesidad de las respuestas; él nació enfermo y su estado giraba mucho en torno a ese mal por un tiempo. Sin embargo lo que me llevo a reflexionar respecto a su escrito sobre la sanidad, fue que él dice que Satanás es el responsable de todas las enfermedades, ciertamente Jesús es el dador de la vida; el venció las enfermedades en la cruz del calvario, entonces todos los que creemos y tenemos fe en su palabra deberíamos disfrutar de una salud perfecta hasta que se cumpla nuestro tiempo y solo dejar de respirar y continuar al destino que él nos tiene reservado ¿Suena simple, verdad? Pero no lo veo así, tenemos un cuerpo físico que con los años se desgasta y que de ser abusado, se desgasta más rápido, tomando en cuenta también que habitamos en un mundo donde hay mucha contaminación en las aguas, los aires, el suelo y todos estos males, entonces el origen de la enfermedad parece no resumirse a tan solo esa premisa. La biblia nos habla de un tiempo de 70 u 80 años los más robustos y conozco gente que llega a los 98 y hasta 100 años, unos mueren de viejos sin ninguna enfermedad conocida, incluso gente que no participa de la fe cristiana, como también he visto hermanos morir de cáncer llenos de tumores y muy adoloridos, verdaderos hijos de Dios de buen testimonio. Creo que las enfermedades son causadas por una serie de eventos donde, en unos tenemos responsabilidad y en otras, está fuera de nuestra voluntad, voy a la escritura donde puedo encontrar las respuestas a mis preguntas y veo a un Jesús sanando a un ciego de nacimiento para mostrar el poder de Dios y este sea glorificado, Dios permitiendo a Satanás enfermar a Job (Job 2:7) para probar su fe y mostrarle al diablo que si podemos serle fiel y seguir creyendo aun si nos quita todo. Sanando a un paralitico que no podía levantarse para entrar al pozo en medio de muchos enfermos y solo a él sano. A un Pablo con una enfermedad puesta por Dios usando a un enviado de Satanás para evitar que la grandeza de las relaciones no le exaltase desmedidamente y no se enaltezca sobremanera. (2Corintios 12:9) a un Timoteo enfermándose del estomago. Creo en la Sanidad divina que viene por la oración de fe, y Dios tiene planes de bien para nosotros; pero no que la enfermedad sea causa exclusiva de Satanás. Dios mismo se manifiesta en medio del dolor para atraer almas a su reino y éstas están dentro de los procesos divinos del Señor para restaurar y edificar no para destruir. Muchas veces nos hemos preguntado porque unos se sanan y otros no, en la antigüedad y en la actualidad. La causa siempre ha sido el pecado, la desobediencia y la soberanía de Dios, aquí estoy de acuerdo con Kennet, ese atributo donde ejecuta esos misterios que solo le pertenecen a él. >**Romanos 8:28** ***Y sabemos que a los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas les ayudan a bien, esto es, a los que conforme a sus propósito son llamados.***

Every time we read or hear something different from what we have learned from the scriptures or some interpretation that does not fit, we are assaulted by a series of questions that although they are not necessarily a sign that everything we know is heresy, they show a certain weakness in our doctrinal foundation. When I was a child I was told not to do such and such a thing because it is bad, and my question was always "Why is it bad? and I insisted on the same question with the same answer, until my mother said "it is bad because I say so, period" and the subject ended, not to mention the moment of development and sexuality, today I understand what was behind that evasive answer but that is another topic. Now as an adult, when someone says that something is bad, I ask the same question and I do not accept just because, I end up telling the person to keep silent if he/she does not have a logical and reasonable support to back up what he/she said. I have learned, sometimes with anguish and pain that there are things that seem bad but in the end end up being good, and vice versa. All this introduction comes after reading Kenneth E. Hagin; he also makes reference to the need for answers; he was born sick and his condition revolved a lot around that evil for a while. However what led me to reflect on his writing about healing, was that he says that Satan is responsible for all sickness, certainly Jesus is the giver of life; he conquered sickness on the cross of Calvary, so all of us who believe and have faith in his word should enjoy perfect health until our time is done and just stop breathing and continue on to the destiny he has in store for us Sounds simple right? But I do not see it that way, we have a physical body that over the years wears out and if abused, wears out faster, also taking into account that we live in a world where there is a lot of pollution in the water, air, soil and all these evils, then the origin of the disease does not seem to be summarized to just that premise. The bible speaks of a time of 70 or 80 years for the most robust and I know people who reach 98 and even 100 years, some die of old age without any known disease, even people who do not participate in the Christian faith, as I have also seen brothers die of cancer full of tumors and in great pain, true children of God of good testimony. I believe that diseases are caused by a series of events where, in some we have responsibility and in others, it is out of our will, I go to the scripture where I can find the answers to my questions and I see a Jesus healing a blind man from birth to show the power of God and this is glorified, God allowing Satan to make Job sick (Job 2:7) to test his faith and show the devil that if we can be faithful and continue believing even if he takes everything from us. Healing a paralytic who could not get up to enter the well in the midst of many sick people and he alone healed him. To a Paul with a disease placed by God using an envoy of Satan to prevent the greatness of relationships not to exalt him excessively and not to exalt himself greatly. (2 Corinthians 12:9) to a Timothy getting sick to his stomach. I believe in divine healing that comes through the prayer of faith, and God has good plans for us; but not that sickness is the exclusive cause of Satan. God himself manifests himself in the midst of pain to attract souls to his kingdom and these are within the divine processes of the Lord to restore and edify not to destroy. Many times we have wondered why some are healed and others are not, in ancient times and today. The cause has always been sin, disobedience and the sovereignty of God, here I agree with Kennet, that attribute where he executes those mysteries that only belong to him. >***Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.***
