Salmo 147:13*** El nacimiento de mi primer y único hijo que pronto cumplirá 21 años, es una lección de vida llena de testimonio real, y quiero compartirlo con esta honorable comunidad. A mis 36 años de edad, me realizaron una cesárea de emergencia, después de haber pasado ocho meses de disfrutar un embarazo feliz, sin las llamadas “malas” de toda mujer preñada , embarazo que provocó en mi una transformación física fabulosa siendo objeto de extraordinarias manifestaciones de consentimientos hacia mí , sobraba quien complacía mis antojos de preñada, sin abrir mi boca para pedir nada solo iba a comprar lo que me apetecía, y alguien lo pagaba, en el bus acostumbrada a que raramente alguien cedía su puesto a nadie, fuera anciano , mujer o embarazada, sorpresivamente al subir, se levantaban, hombres, mujeres y jóvenes para ofrecerme sus asientos mi embarazo despertó lo mejor de las personas hacia mí. Incluso cuando me hospitalizaron al final del octavo mes por causa de tensión alta sin síntomas visibles, todo un equipo médico estaba pendiente de mi embarazo y estoy hablando de un hospital público y en Venezuela, que en sus mejores momentos tenía sus fallas y para ese año 2000 empezaba a agudizar la crisis hospitalaria. Todos los días me visitaba una Psicoterapeuta Prenatal, no sé si existe esa carrera, yo la llame así al no recodar exactamente su título. Me revisaba, ahondaba en mi vida personal y según por aquello de madre soltera, pero habían otras madres solteras y casadas abandonadas por sus esposos en medio de su gestación, y digo esto con toda la humildad trataba conmigo de una manera tan dulce y especial que me transmitía, confianza, animo, fortaleza, mis miedos se iban cuando me trataba. Siempre terminaba sus visitas con “Eres una mujer fuerte, no creas que estas desamparada” me visitaba también la jefa de Cirugía, y oía como todas las mujeres del salón donde estaba, le temían, por su actitud y vocabulario áspero, despectivo y hasta grosero. Pero al dirigirse a mí, su tono, su rostro, toda ella cambiaba. Hacia su revisión y me decía” tu feto es valioso, bueno, todos son valiosos pero el tuyo hay que cuidarlo bien, porque no sabemos si es el único que tendrás; realmente fue gratificante toda esa gama de atenciones. Hasta que una noche llega la Psicoterapeuta y dice “María tu cesárea está programada para mañana a las 8:00Am, porque se te está subiendo el ácido úrico muy rápido y eso dificulta que el oxigeno llegue apropiadamente a tu hijo y dentro no podemos ayudar, pero no temas todo saldrá bien” ese día aprendí lo dañino que es el acido úrico en una mujer embarazada y aprendí a clamar a Dios a mi manera porque no le conocía, alguien me regalo una estampita de la novena del divino niño y en mi ignorancia la repetí toda la noche, casi no dormí, pensando en la operación. Ya cuando tocó la operación, hubo complicaciones, de las que me contaron después, una vecina enfermera que asistió la cirugía. El niño apenas respiraba, lo que ameritó, dos semanas en incubadora. Me recupere y con mucho dolor me trasladaba todos los días a neonatal, hasta que me lo entregaron. Lo refirieron al hospital de niños del Razetti, porque había que monitorear su desarrollo por un año como mínimo, porque esa dificultad para respirar que presento al nacer. También se buscaba observar si su cerebro había sufrido algún daño. Lo lleve cuando me tocó, me guiaron a una amplia sala donde había muchos niños de diferentes edades y defectos muy notorios, labios leporinos, siameses, hidrocefalia, faltándoles un miembro de sus cuerpos, era un ambiente deprimente. Para la siguiente cita decidí no llevarlo más, sin saber el poder de la declaración me dije “Mi niño es normal, esta sanito, no tiene nada malo” Y no lo lleve más. Hoy mi hijo estudia en la universidad y a pesar de todas las dificultades del país, ha avanzado un buen trecho, alterna sus estudios con el trabajo productivo, él es Gabriel, confía plenamente que en que con valentía y constancia se pueden lograr los proyectos a pesar de las dificultades. Es servidor de Cristo, con un alto grado de compromiso. Abrazó a Jehová, como el mejor padre y sigue caminando en las promesas que el Señor le ha dado. Supe después de varios años de convertida que todo lo sucedido en el transcurso de mi embarazo, fue la manifestación de Dios y sus ángeles a mi favor, para guardar lo que estaba en mi vientre, puso gracia en mi, afectando a las personas a mi alrededor, inclinándose a cuidarme. El Señor conoce los que son de él, y sus propósitos no se detienen aunque surjan todo tipo de circunstancias adversas. Dios cuida de su creación, para su gloria y honra. Estoy segura que en lugar de oír aquella llamada novena, oyó a mi corazón, hoy puedo testificar con gran alegría de una mujer y su hijo, que oímos su voz, le seguimos y caminamos siempre hacia adelante, en la búsqueda de esa morada eterna, mientras hacemos el trabajo que nos corresponde hacer aquí en la tierra. Por él subsisten todas las cosas. >***"A ti fui entregado desde mi nacimiento, desde el vientre de mi madre tu eres mi Dios." Salmo 22:10***

I took him when it was my turn, I was guided to a large room where there were many children of different ages and very noticeable defects, cleft lips, Siamese twins, hydrocephalus, missing a limb of their bodies, it was a depressing environment. For the next appointment I decided not to take him anymore, without knowing the power of the statement I said to myself "My child is normal, he is healthy, there is nothing wrong with him" and I did not take him anymore. Today my son is studying at the university and despite all the difficulties of the country, he has made good progress, he alternates his studies with productive work, he is Gabriel, he fully trusts that with courage and perseverance projects can be achieved despite the difficulties. He is a servant of Christ, with a high degree of commitment. He embraced Jehovah as the best father and continues to walk in the promises that the Lord has given him. I knew after several years of being converted that everything that happened in the course of my pregnancy, was the manifestation of God and his angels in my favor, to keep what was in my womb, he put grace in me, affecting the people around me, leaning to take care of me. The Lord knows those who are his, and his purposes do not stop even though all kinds of adverse circumstances arise. God cares for his creation, for his glory and honor. I am sure that instead of hearing that ninth call, he heard my heart, today I can testify with great joy of a woman and her child, that we hear his voice, we follow him and walk always forward, in search of that eternal abode, while we do the work that is ours to do here on earth.
