Aivazovski nació bajo el cobijo de una familia armenia, el 29 de junio de 1817, en Feodosia, un puerto ubicado en el Mar Negro en Crimea. Allí vivió casi toda su vida, Solo se ausentó de su tierra natal, con motivo de algunos viajes realizados a Europa, sobre todo a Italia. # Estudió en la Academia Imperial de las Artes de San Petesburgo. Fue contratado como pintor principal de la Armada de Rusia, lo cual hizo que se relacionara con mucha gente de poder político de este país. En su carrera de casi sesenta años, logró pintar aproximadamente seis mil obras, siendo el mar uno de sus temas recurrentes. En ese contexto recreó batallas y escenas de amor. # Los críticos de arte lo catalogaban como un mago, capaz de capturar de manera realista: oleajes, atardeceres, ocasos y turbulencias marinas... # Aivazovski falleció el 2 de mayo del año 1900, en Feodosia, a los 83 años. # A continuación les presentamos tres de sus obras para que usted escoja la que más le guste para escribir en torno a ella. la primera se titula ***Novena ola***(1850), la segunda, ***Mar tempetuoso en la noche*** (1849) y la tercera ***Mañana en la orilla del mar*** (1849).

Aivazovsky was born under the shelter of an Armenian family, on June 29, 1817, in Feodosia, a port located on the Black Sea in Crimea. He lived there almost his entire life. He was only absent from his homeland on some trips to Europe, especially to Italy. # He studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg. He was hired as the main painter of the Russian Navy, which made him interact with many people of political power in this country. In his career of almost sixty years, he managed to paint approximately six thousand works, with the sea being one of his recurring themes.
