Garri is one of the common consumables food in my place and even others places in the whole,the name and the method may variety but the product from cassava. The ancient days method was different,rhe Pre post method,the Post and present method are different. So in my village where garri processing business is the common business for everyone and the high rate of consumption becomes higher than before, this makes the activity of production necessary for everyone both commercial and consumption. How ever,the method still used by my people still olden method of hand fryer. So I will share a live experience,as I visited my home town to process garri.

I was in the village to process garri,I went to the farm harvest some cassava in bags, took it home and peeled it, after that process I wash it to be clean and neat, after that moment I take it to Mill for grinding and drying, this is the common method of grinding it after the period using hand method. People where happy that the new innovation is good and will reduce the stress in producing garri.

so, after taking it to Mill,it grinded and dried by the usual of dryer. After getting the main raw dried grinded cassava,it is been put in the basin, and take closer to where the pot and firewood and the setting was done.
