This was a dream well thought out and is now a reality as it was CREATED on the **6TH DAY of MARCH 2024**. Though this introduction post is coming at this later moment, however, it is best launched properly. This thought has been nurtured after a series of deliberations about how best to add this special content-themed agriculture to the ecosystem; however, I had to move on with this initiative. My good friend @ngoenyi was also significant in this path of thought. The Steemit platform has been in long existence without a visible presence of agricultural activities, where they can express themselves this way. A community to call their agricultural home and hub of a vast display of skills earned in the same field. Steem-Agro is a cosmopolitan community for the generality of all users in the platform who find it a pleasant home to share their beliefs and skills on all agro matters. We all understand the role agriculture plays in the continued existence of humanity across the globe; hence, this is why sharing a community that unifies this purpose is essential in our collective efforts to propagate living. There may be other communities that may want to share the same ideology partly, but Steem-agro has come into a full-scale agricultural presence in the Steemit platform. A community that would have built and attracted all other community users into its hub. Just as a cosmopolitan community, we would promote and represent all diversities in our activities where ethnicity, languages, and cultures would be considered in their fairest terms. However, there wouldn't be restrictions to what language a user could express itself while making a publication. We believe this is what every lover of agriculture will embrace on the Steemit platform while expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to share freely quality content that impacts and promotes the essence of giving back to humanity. ![20240905_122458_0000.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYTfTyVDWMgjvTe9ihakJLAeX9daRJXaoRiSgJNQLwqk9/20240905_122458_0000.png) ##### Purpose Steem-Agro will be the largest publisher of agro matters in the ecosystem, with anticipated efforts tailored towards a simple and engaging creativity of all users, focus-driven to educate and practically demonstrate agro-related activities, capable of engaging and retaining all while active on Steemit. ###### Below are some steem-agro main purposes: - The community will be eagerly interested in ensuring that the needs of all agricultural participants are in check and well-catered for at all times. Hence prioritizing this would be premiums for us. - Unifying all agro-lovers in the community would be key for us as we ensure an increase in activity and traffic in the community at all times through diverse initiatives. - There would be a combined effort to drive the Steem-agro community to the next level from all sides. We welcome all agro related diary post, food processing, farming, fishing, milking, rearing, environmental activities, pollution, bush burning, planting, harvesting, poultry and others. Whatever agro-related entries you can share, bring it on. Just like explained above, the founder of the community is still @xkool24. However, to collectively grow the community sustainably and with synergy, @ruthjoe is gladly introduced as the community's Admin while @ninapenda, @muhammad-ahmad, @djanita and @ahsansharif would be Moderators.
