The swamp spinach is a very healthy green vegetable. In my country Cambodia we call this soup Somlor M'Cheu Kreung. Normally, this recipe is made with beef, chicken, fish, or pork, and many people don't use coconut milk like me. I think there are a little bit of people using coconut milk, but they don’t make it vegan or use bean curd skin and snow fungus like me. In my country I love to make this food with oyster mushrooms or straw mushrooms because we have a lot of them at our markets and because I love to eat mushrooms too. Ingredients
