I always selected exclusively quality content no matter the author belongs from which country and the content written in which language. My perspective is if my members are exemplary, let others appreciate them. ------- >We also want teams to look beyond communities. There are many good posts that are outside of any communities - just directly on people’s personal blogs. I undoubtedly coordinate and **this running month I also preferred several contents that have not been shared inside any communities.** ------- >Good comments can be as interesting and as valuable as good posts. We want good comments to be encouraged and rewarded. I always support only those comments that carry some values besides appreciation.
