Power up makes the account more influential and powerful. It enables to earn passive income and rewards. So in order to do the power up we must have liquid Steems in our account. Here are the amount of the liquid Steems in my wallet. Currently before performing the power up I have 28417+ Steem power. This is all my hard earned Steem power which I earned with continuous efforts. As soon as we click on this inverted button we see different options such as power up, trade and more. Here I have selected 300 Steems to make the power up. It shows all the details of the power up including the username, amount of Steems to convert to Steem power. This is the last check and after this window we cannot revert the transaction. After the confirmation we need to select the ok button. On this way a process will start which will convert our Steems to Steem power. My new Steem power after the power up is 28637+. It is really a matter of happiness and joy for me seeing my account's sp growing.
