Food making is an amazing art. We can do so many things in that subject. I'm not an experienced girl in cooking. So I get ideas from youtube mostly. Our house is a bit crowded these days. So I thought I'd make something we all can eat at tea time. Actually first I wanted to prepare vegetable roti. But after preparing batter, I realized that this is same to the pancake batter. So, next day I prepared pancake from that batter. Finally I could prepare vegetable roti and pancake from same batter. Ingredients | 📝 ------------|-------- Potato | Cabbage Beans | Onion Garlic | Chili pieces Curry leaves| Black peper Turmeric Powder | Salt

************** In here, I used potato, beans, cabbage for my filling. You can use any vegetable as your will. And I like to eat this kind of foods to spicy. So I added chili pieces little more. First let the pan free heat for medium heat. The add about 2 tbsp of oil. After few minutes add garlic to the pan. Then add all the other spices you use. Then add cabbage and beans. Finally add potato to the mixture. After 20 minutes, my vegetable filling was ready. The amounts of the ingredients can be differ as your will. **************

Ingredients | 📝 ---------|---------- • |Coconut •|Sugar •|Water

***** In here, I prepared pani pol for preparing 18 pan cakes. I added 1 tbsp of sugar and let it to turn caramal. Then I added about 200ml of water to it. These are the ingredients we want to make our batter. With this we want to add pinch of salt too. We can prepare milk from milk powder or directly we can use fresh milk. And also when taking eggs, make sure to take large size eggs. Then first add egg and salt to the flour and mix it well. After that add milk and again mix it well. Make sure your batter is free from small flour chunks. Then our batter is ready for preparing roti. ( I used double amounts of ingredients because I prepared both vegetable roti and pancakes) **********

Then we have to spread the batter on the pan. It doesn't take more time to make the roti. You can easily remove roti from the pan within few seconds.

From 500ml of milk, we can prepare about 16-18 of roties. When preparing pancake, Normally we add turmeric to the batter. But this time I didn't add turmeric to the batter.

I have shown you the way we should put our filling on the roti and how to wrap it. Then we can heat it for few minutes and get a tasty vegetable roti. Pancakes are only wrap and it's task is over from it. Specially for preparing vegetable roti. And you can fill it from any suitable filling. I have prepared vegetable roti from flour dough few years ago and It was very hard to prepare the dough properly. So this is a easy method for me.
