Slang and idioms:
NARANJA: it's the slang for NADA = NOTHING
POR ENCIMA: it's the regular Spanish lexicon to say COMO SI NO FUERA SUFICIENTE, COMO SI NO BASTARA = IN ADDITION.
DEBAJO DEL TAPETE: literally, it means UNDER THE RUG/UNDER THE MAT, but in such a case like this it means _what's hiding behind those curious circumstances_.
